Ron and Pam Rhodes have devoted their lives to faithful ministry, with a combined service that spans more than seven decades. Together they have served in a wide range of leadership and ministry roles including Worship Leader, Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor, Outreach Pastor, Evangelism Ministry, Sunday School Teacher, Sunday School Superintendent, Deacon, and Senior/Lead Pastor. Their calling has expressed itself through preaching, teaching, mentoring, worship ministry, and servant leadership. Both Ron and Pam are licensed and ordained ministers with the International Pentecostal Holiness Church (I.P.H.C.), and they share a deep passion for spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ and building up the Body of Christ.

Pam, having grown up in a ministry home, has long expressed her heart for worship and has been especially drawn in recent years to minister to and mentor young women in the Word. Ron has committed his life to servant leadership and pastoral care, striving to encourage believers toward maturity in Christ.

Above all, Ron and Pam rejoice in the family God has blessed them with and count it their greatest earthly joy: their two sons and daughters-in-law—Brian (Jennifer) and Travis (Rachael)—and their six cherished grandchildren.
